abe(L)solano Apr 10, 2018:
Neil Ashby Apr 10, 2018:
Could it be "germ cell tumors" - "tumores de células germinales"?

Ovarian germ cell tumor is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the germ (egg) cells of the ovary. Signs of ovarian germ cell tumor are swelling of the abdomen or vaginal bleeding after menopause.
Neil Ashby Apr 10, 2018:
Possibly a typo, can we have the context please?

Note from asker:
Ya, yo no he conseguido encontrar nada tampoco.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Neil Ashby : Hi Rafael, this is the only ref. to "célula de Hill", plus it's a translation from a patent written by a Chinese author....

Well in that case I think you'll have to ask the client; there is very little, if any, information about "hill cells" or "hill cell tumors" on the Internet. Good luck and please let us know what the client says, if anything.
Regards.
Note from asker:
Esto es todo lo que tengo de contexto, pero si fuera de células germinales lo pondrían como tal porque es una patente y son muy literales: Examples of cellular proliferative and/or differentiative disorders of the ovary include, but are not limited to, ovarian tumors such as, tumors of coelomic epithelium, serous tumors, mucinous tumors, endometrioid tumors, clear cell adenocarcinoma, cystadenofibroma, Brenner tumor, surface epithelial tumors; germ cell tumors such as mature (benign) teratomas, monodermal teratomas, immature malignant teratomas, dysgerminoma, endodermal sinus tumor, choriocarcinoma; sex cord-stomal tumors such as, granulosa-theca cell tumors, thecomafibromas, androblastomas, hill cell tumors, and gonadoblastoma; and metastatic tumors such as Krukenberg tumors.
Yes, I have already done it, but they do not always answer to the queries. if they do, I will let you know. In the meantime, I chose "células de Hill", because it appeared as such in a Portuguese translation of a very similar patent that a peer found, in fact, the paragraph I added is exactly the same...

(typo?) hilus cell tumor

I think this could be a possibility, after all there are some typos on your text.
Ovary tumor
Sex cord stromal tumors
Leydig cell tumor (hilus cell tumor)

De manera específica, por ejemplo;
Pure Leydig cell tumour (hilus cell) of the ovary: a rare cause of virilization after menopause
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/9286731/

En castellano,
tumor ovárico de Leydig puro / tumor puro de células de Leydig
