are you sure that "Product TM" refers to a particular product and not to a Trademark (TM)? Besides, products can't own copyrights.

Pablo, en realidad se refiere a conservar/retener el derecho. Como se trata de una licencia yo entiendo que aunque se otorga el derecho a utilizar/vender/etc el producto, Fulanito conserva su derecho (exclusivo). Te recuerdo la definicion de acto juridico= \"todo acto destinado a crear, conservar, modificar, transmitir o extinguir derechos y obligaciones\". Como ves, sí es posible conservar derechos. Aunque también se usa retener derechos. Ojalá te sirva.

Lo que tu dices es lo que hab�a entendido ("se mantienen los derechos sobre Productex, etc.") pero como de derecho de patentes no s� nada, me sorprende eso de tener que decir que "se mantiene". �Cu�l es el verdadero sentido/la intenci�n?
