I have been tearing my hairs of scalp trying to figure out the correct phrase and I am just going around in circles. It is a CNC-tool equipment and the context can be summed up like this:
The shape of the diamond mould roller must be selected in accordance with the dressing task and results from the empirical values.
Any contributions are sincerely welcomed.

So, as far as I can tell from the description it would refer to a Diamond Crush Roll, see the first link for a brief Wikipedia description of different ways to dress grinding wheels.
As for my translation, well, I'm finding no direct references online and so the suggestion is merely a suggestion. For a specific answer I'd say you might need to go into manufacturer's literature from different CNC grinder producers, my experience is unfortunately that they rarely have things in Swedish. Hope this helps somewhat!

Comment: "Sorry, my Internet was down and then I forgot all about it, but as I have in a similar manner scanned the globe for an answer it seems like a met a cul de sac. However, I had some idea of vals in combination diamond. Mould was the snag I had to deal with. But thinking of it I thought moulding is shaping and grinding is making the form so the deduction does fit into your suggestion of Diamant "slip" for moulding a shape and vals (rulle) which makes it at least logically reasonable. Thank you very much Martin. "
