шоколадно-грушевй пиріг з жовтково-молочною поливою


Explanation:
Цей англійський крем не є тим, що наші люди звичайно розуміють під заварним кремом. Передовсім, він досить рідкий, тому краще називати його поливою (моя бабця називала його ванільною поливою і подавала до кислих фруктів чи киселів). Це збиті з цукром жовтки, запарені молоком, які кілька хвилин загущують на мінімальному вогні. Як правило, додається ваніль і/або трохи рому чи коньяку. Смакота ще та, до речі.
