All the the discussion is very informative but should we use such difficut words for a common reader,he./she would need the Arabic and Persian dictionaries to understand. Is n't it better that we use simple but comprehensive words also common in society.

sahibe78: You bring up a very good point that we must find the true translation instead of transliteration. So here are the equivalent words I have been using in the past for “Feedback”
Positive or negative Feedback about people or things In Urdu = ‍سفارش منفی/مثبت
Feedback about people or things In Farsi = گزارش
Feedback about people or things In Arabic = تَعْلِيق
Now please, I need your feedback about my past translations. I hope I was not wrong but either way I need every body’s honest feedback correct me if I was wrong.

واپس بھراجانا
معلومات سے یا کسی مادہ چیزسے

واپس پرکرنا/واپس پرھونا
معلومات سے یا کسی چیزسے

بازرسی = Originally Persian words, In Farsi itself as a single word بازرسی = “Inspection”
باز = Again
رسیدن = to arrive; to be received; to become available; to ripen; to find a leisure to attend to a specified business.

Feedback in Farsi dictionary = بازخورده

ردعمل = Originally Arabic words
عمل = In Arabic = Work
رد = Reply
Feedback in Arabic dictionary = تَلْقِيمٌ اسْتِرْجاعِيّ

I think in Urdu ردعمل = Reaction not feedback

Feedback = In English “the furnishing of data concerning something’s or someone’s functioning or behavior.” “Or the process of returning part of the output of a circuit, system, or device to the input, either to oppose the input (negative feedback) or to aid the input (positive feedback).”

Thanks! Thanks you all for kind help in this regards specially Muhammed Irshad who got to exact Urdu words for this English term. Most of these translated terms like تَعْلِيق حاشِيَة، هامِش،جوابی آراء / جوابی رائے are Arabic terms. I think the words بازرسی اور ردعمل are more aproperiat terms to spread in Urdu speakers because it means to return of product to its source to help further out put also it refers to reaction to on's action, etc . As for translitrated word فیڈ بیک, I think it is very deficiency and failing to translitrate, any English term even though there is a proper term exists.
