in urdu phonetic key board i stand for the sound of yaae, but to distinguinsh if from the zair some times it need to use 'ee'.
america is mostly written and spelled in urdu with pronounced 'yae', 'ee' can help to avoid the confusion, as this pronunciation is meant to help the persons of different phenometic conditionings, mostly westernes.
again only k carries the sound of kaf and it is there on the agreed phonetic urdu keyboard usd by inpage and noori nastaeleeq. i will not agree even with urdukuda in this regard as refered here.

addition of 'ho' at the end of will destroy the force of the sentence and it is directness. it is an exclamatory sentense,a sharp or sudden utterance in a prayer. 'ho' is utterly redandunt and not recommeded to destroy the rythm, the beauty of he original sentense.

AMRICA PR KHUDA KI RAHMAT HO
This phrase reflects the true sense of the sentence in Urdu.if we donot use "HO" at the end of sentense it kills the actual sence,becauze "amrica pr khuda ki rahmat" reflects the a good wish just for one instance,but 'AMRICA pr khuda ki rahmat ho" adds eternity to the prayer and exclamation.Moreover this style is generally used by native urdu speaking community for a negative exclamation.Therefore "amrica pr khuda ki rahmat"does not reflects the true sence of "God bless America"both linguistically and logically .

in urdu usually when some body wish in praying phrase it say"Allah ki hifazat" or "Khuda nigheban", if try to accomodate word america in urdu phrase, it took more few words,like "america per allah ki hifazat" or"khuda amrica per nigheban ho"
