Explanation: For any customer to opt or go in for the combination of Linux+zSeries+z/OS, buying SCSI equipment will mean reduced investment. "Capital Expenditure" is the money a businessman spends on building an asset, which is what all this Linux+zSeries+z/OS acquisition is all about.
