English term
neoglyconeogenesis / neoglyconeogenic
English
Science

Ketogenic diets
Same paper as before, written in English by a Spaniard:
The fact that an equal number of calories in low-carbohydrate diets are more effective than low-fat diets10-13 can only be explained by the lower metabolic efficiency of low-fat diets. This may be because, from a physiological point of view, the link has been proven between blood ketone levels and urinary ketones14 and that acetone is a volatile ketone, part of which is lost through breathing6. Thus, it would be a loss of energy by means of the elimination of urine and breathing ketones. In addition, if we consider that there is no hypoglycemic in ketogenic diets, even though there is an improvement in the glycemic profile15-18, it is assumed that neoglyconeogenesis has a prominent role. In this neoglyconeogenic process, there is a very significant loss of energy, due to the fact that 100 grams of average quality protein are necessary to form only 57 grams of glucose19, which would entail an energy loss of 43%.
I can´t find this term anywhere. Do they mean neoglycogenesis? Or glyconeogenesis??
thanks

Completamente seguro, se trata de un error.
Este es el orden que aparece con más frecuencia en Google (frente a neoglycogenesis and neoglycogenic).
