Jan 5, 2023 05:57: Edith Kelly changed "Level" from "PRO" to "Non-PRO"

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (3): Christopher Schröder, Rachel Fell, Edith Kelly

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

No risk of confusion PORTABLE MORTGAGE DEFINITION

A portable mortgage is a mortgage that permits the mortgage borrower to transfer their mortgage balance to a new property and with the same lender without penalties.

able to travel/move around

Context? What has a mortgage specialist or business card to do with archaeology?

Mobile probably means just that...someone who can move/travel around. Not just in a static position in an office

Thanks:-) Happy New Year
agree Tony M : Or of course... it might be a specialist in 'mobile mortgages' — maybe ones you can take around with you as you move house?

Thanks Tony! Yes indeed though I think that would be a "portable" mortgage, one that can be "ported" to a new property

Mortgage Loan Specialist mobile

is the person who work with loans but is working outside office, he is mobile
Example sentence:

If you would like additional information or wish to apply for a Good Neighbor loan, please contact a Fifth Third Mortgage Loan Specialist mobile

Peer comment(s):

disagree Jennifer Levey : The Fifth Third Bank's website ( https://www.53.com/ ) does not contain any text containing 'Loan Specialist mobile', as per your example sentence. That's no doubt because English syntax doesn't place adjectives after the noun.

disagree AllegroTrans : All you have done is to change the word order; the syntax and grammar now is completely wrong, as is your explanation
