Just like my last question, "palatos" seems to have a little pronouncing but no meaning connection with "imperators" or any kind of emperor. Is it an illogical word said thoughtlessly by the speaker, ie. the God Emperor, under excitement?

Like the previous question I am guessing that this is just a coined term as is done so often by Herbert. It's intended for an English readership and the first thing this unknown word would suggest to me would be something to do with palaces. I suggest you concoct some word to do with palaces...lord/ruler/prince of the palace, or such
