Can't be 100% sure but it could be that
- correspondence address is where a letter will reach you
- payroll address is your 'official' address as given to your company for salary payments (maybe you don't really live there most of the time)

Yes, usually "payroll address" is the employee's address, however here it is definitely the employer's.

billing address

payroll/billing address is different from the official address where you get all corespondence. Usually these are two different fields, the payroll/billing one being different.

In the UK, the payroll address would refer to the postal address of the payroll department, which may or may not be the same as the registered or head office for the organisation or company.

agree Gary D : A lot of times the payroll is done up by a contracted company , like a security firm and then the payrolls are transported to the company in an armored van. So the payroll address would be that of the company doing the payrolls, It could be an accounting
