ENI capability

... So, for example, one of the things we’ve done in the past 18 months or so has been to increase our Asian ***ENI capability***, and we’ve made some significant hires in Tokyo, Singapore and most recently in China.

This is from a dislogue between a journalist and the Managing Partner of a law firm. I guess this "ENI capability" is related to hiring people.

It means "energy, natural resources and infrastructure". It appears afterwards. :)
