When the customer is acquiring a A6 line it was obviously based on some financial expectations (both market opportunities but also performance expectations). These financial expectations are explicitly or implicitly translated into a MME target.

Looking at how the performance of new lines typically goes following installation.

There might be more reasons but one of the important reasons is that the handover of knowledge have been ineffective.
