I'm translating a Korean certificate of free sale for medical devices. There is a text at the end of each page that I fail to understand:

"The certificate was issued on the Internet, e-application Minwon24 (minwon.go.kr) confirmed the document's issuing a confirmation number, or page through the menu bar at the bottom of the page content above, **please check whether the modulation**. However, the confirmation page with a confirmation number is available 90 days from the date of issuance."

The text sounds unfinished. Furthermore, the word "modulation" doesn't make any sense in this context.

¿Does anyone know or can anyone guess what the expression between asterisks might mean? I don't speak any Korean so I cannot even guess.

"check whether the modulation" ->
"check whether the information has been altered" ->
"check whether the information has been entered incorrectly" ->
"check if the information is correct"

If the information can be wrong, it doesn't serve as a certificate, though. Maybe they have entered information incorrectly so many times that they now require customers to check if it's correct...
