i know mic mean microphone but i want the mean of close and micing in

More usually spelt miking, to make the pronunciation with a hard 'k' sound clearer!
It means the activity or technique of picking up sound (instrument, voice, etc.) using a microphone; we talk about close-miking when the microphone is palced very close to the sound source (avoids picking up other sounds, but can produce an unnatural sound from the instrument etc.) — commonly used for 'pop' music; as distinct from 'distant miking' (commonly used for recording classical music, for example. Of course, there are an infinite number of other possible mike positions in between...
