I have searched the web already but could not find any explanation. I need to translate this into Hungarian, but any explanation is welcome (perhaps translations to any other European language)

an application (small program) that accomplishes the ff:

Imposition: The process of laying out a number of pages on a sheet of paper in particular locations so that when the printed sheet is folded the pages will be in their proper order prior to trimming.
