information flow/management
Explanation:
I think this term should be understood as broadly as possible. I think what the person is trying to communicate, which he or she unfortunately does very poorly, is that they are trying to help the client to get his message across. Alternatives might be 'information flow', 'information management'. I that sense, 'logistics' has to do with the flow of communication/the message, but in and out, the same way as goods are transported. HTH

Steffen is right by the way, it should definitely be 'logistics', but then again, the entire text should probably be rewritten.

Explanation:
I don't see this is related to anything formal about "info logistics". What do you actually want to get from a web site? Basically, just two things: ideas and or information.

Assuming the text is written by a non-NSE (which is quite valid assumption), then the writer's line of thought can be like this:

0. Readers need a supply of ideas or information
1. Information supply ...
2. Could it be jargonized to make it looks more "professional, business stylish"?
3. Supply = logistics! :)

transitive verb 1 : to express in jargon 2 : to make into jargon
