traffic department port traffic control Explanation: Going a bit further down the road which Amy suggests, I think it could well refer to a department withing the port authority itself, and the word traffic refers more to the traffic of goods, rather than the usual meaning of traffic on the road. I wonder how big the said "port" is? |
