Hi,
I usually translate from English into Finnish but I often bump into similar phrases in English when translating terms and conditions.
First I was thinking of the verb "prevail" -> "prevalence" but it didn't seem as widely used as "precedence".
Here's an example of the suggested translation "order of precedence":
