Salmon trout "puppeli" Explanation: This is a name of a streamer fly. Apparently 'kirre' is a slang expression for 'kirjolohi' which translates as salmon trout. 'Puppeli' seems to be a term referring to a style of tying filament to the thorax. In the URL below you can see the Kirrepuppeli and perhaps recognise the style used to make the thorax.
