agree  justdone: dopo aver vagolato tra pesce di cattura e pescato in mare aperto e pelagico e altro, finalmente una cosa che sta bene su un menu. Non sarà l'espressione più diffusa ma la trovo elegante. Brava Agnès!

credo che l'espressione "de ligne" stia a significare che il pesce sia di mare e non di allevamento. secondo me ha più senso così
