Cosa indica esattamente il termine "pièce" messo qui?
Monolocale con ingresso, wc, doccia, cucinino? Oppure il termine è legato a Kitchenette (angolo cucinino)?

kitchenette (dans la) pièce: forse vogliono semplicemente precisare che il cucinino/angolo cottura non costituisce un locale separato?
in questo caso, la traduzione potrebbe essere solo "angolo cucina" (o cottura) (che indica da solo che non è "separato").

agree  elysee: penso anch'io che manca una virgola per il senso logico d'uso del termine. Per la trad. tipica è = "angolo cucina" / "angolo cottura"

agree  Marie Christine Cramay: J'ai vécu à un moment donné dans une studette à l'époque de l'université et le "coin cuisine" était vraiment maigre : impossible d'y prendre son repas. L'entrée/couloir rasait la kitchenette (placard incluant évier + mini-frigo + plaque de cuisson).
