Asker: Dziękuję, ale wydaje mi się, że to nie może być tak przetłumaczone. Chodzi o dokument przygotowany przez arbitra sądu arbitrażowego, który ma wersję wstepną i ostateczną , przedstawiany stronom sporu do skomentowania i po uzgodnieniu do podpisania - zlecenie nie może poza tym zawierać "wskazówek określających kwestie sporne". Na 100% nie jest to żadne zlecenie.
