производитель козьего сыра Explanation: Или "производитель продукции из козьего молока". На крайний случай, если нужен короткий термин, я бы выбрала что-нибудь вроде "сыродел". Так или иначе, от козопаса надо уходить. Возможны, конечно, варианты типа "фермер", "заводчик", но если речь идет о меню, мне кажется, лучше склоняться в сторону более"съедобных" профессий. |
