Mitze

Deutsch > Englisch Wirtschaft/Finanzwesen Bilanzierung/Buchhaltung Liabilities
On the liabilities side of a balance sheet, there is an entry under other liabilities: Verbindlichkeiten Mitze. I haven't been able to find Mitze or a reference to it anywhere! Is it a name or an institution? Or am I being thick? Any help would be appreciated as I have solved everything else except that one.

Typo? Could it be an abbreviation for "Mietzahlungen" or just "Miete"?

must be an name Also assuming a name, however Mitze GmbH is a supplier for restaurants and hotels... so likely no connection to an IT company, but there is also a lawyer firm with Mitze in the name. I would just leave it without adding anything to it... could be anything :-)

Hi Jo, that is literally all there is. Verbindlichkeiten Mitze. The company SEEMS to be in an IT-related field, but it's not very clear from the financial statement entries. I will assume that it's a proper name, probably the name of the company Ted supplied. Thanks Ted!

Name It's probably a name - google Mitze GmbH for a company in Düsseldorf
