I think I'd need to know what sort of delicacies/exquisite pieces these are in order to find the right verb. I find this 'im Zeichen des/der' comes up frequently. I take it that it comes from astrology and I have never yet found a catch-all way of translating it. So here are a few first stabs....

: yes, it is used much more in German than English./I think I've also translated it as 'under the umbrella of', but that's clearly not suitable here. I won't ask if you are a Cancer, obviously ...!
