Diesen Schein brauchst Du wenn Du in einem Betrieb oder ähnlichem Lehrlinge bzw. Auszubildende ausbilden sollst, bzw. dieser Schein berechtigt dich dazu. Das Englische Äquivalent müsste "Permission to supervise" sein. Das kann man bestimmt noch eleganter ausdrücken :-))
