The full sentence is:

Vom Handelsvertreter eingesetzte Mitarbeiter/Untervertreter stehen nur im Vertragsverhältnis zum Handelsvertreter.

I do not understand the sense of "zustehen" here.

Only by context I would infer the following meaning:

The employees and sub-representatives used by the sales representative only work for the sales representative in the contractual relationship.
