Was eine Gemeinschaftsmarke ist, weiß ich. Weiß jemand aber, wofür die Abkürzung "Akt." steht? Die Begriffe finden sich in exakt dieser Schreibweise als Punkt (ohne weitere Einträge oder Erläuterungen) in einem Registerauszug des DPMA. Wenn ich wüsste, was gemeint ist, wäre mir schon sehr geholfen. Besten Dank im Voraus!

Der einzige Grund, warum eine Gemeinschaftsmarke auf einem DPMA-Auszug zitiert ist, ist um die Priorität zu nennen. Dafür wird das Aktenzeichen der Gemeinschaftsmarke gegeben.

Ich habe 6 Jahre lang bei Markenanwälten gearbeitet und kenne mich aus mit dem System. Es kann nur mit einer Priorität zu tun haben, zu welchem Zweck man das Aktenzeichen der Prioritätsmarke (z.B. Gemeinschaftsmarke) braucht.
