Das Rundschreiben xxx verweist für die Auslegung der Bestimmungen auf das Rundschreiben yyy, das die rein spiegelbildliche Auslegung für einige spezifische Einkunftsarten durchbricht.
Gemäß Art. xxx sind Zinsen und sonstige Erträge aus Depots und Girokonten bei Banken oder bei der Post sowie gewisse Veräußerungsgewinne aus notierten Wertschriften für beschränkt Steuerpflichtige in xxx nicht steuerpflichtig.
Bei einer rein spiegelbildlichen Auslegung würden diese Einkünfte nicht als im Ausland erzielte Einkünfte zu qualifizieren sein.
