German term
durchgängiger Patient
German to English
Medical
Medical: Cardiology
Herzkatheter
This is from a form with the headline "Steigerungsbegründungen bei Herzkatheteruntersuchungen". Under
Notfalluntersuchung bei:
a number of items can be ticked:
Akutem Koronarsyndrom/STEMI
Hämodynamisch instabilem Patient
Sehr unruhigem/durchgängigem Patient
Intubiertem Patient
Untersuchung unter Reanimationsbedingungen
I have no idea what "durchgängig" could mean in this context. The TM translates it with "BRP-affected patient", but what I can find for "BRP" doesn't seem to make any sense, either.
Your help is greatly appreciated, as always!

I believe it has to with the somewhat ill-defined term 'Durchgangssyndrom' which means delirium or acute psychosis due to external stimuli or trauma...
