German term

pM und S

German to English Medical Medical (general)
"Keine Rötung, keine Überwärmung, klinisch kein Hinweis auf Infekt.
Bei vorbestehender rechtsseitiger Schwäche pM und S nicht eindeutig zu beurteilen.
Periphere Durchblutung intakt."

This appears in a report about a patient who suffered a stroke. I am not finding good results for the abbreviations "pM" or "S".
For "pM" I have found "Metastasenknotenstadium postoperativ" (http://www.medizinische-abkuerzungen.de/suche.html), but this seems unlikely in this context since there is no mention of anything similar elsewhere in the report.

Agree with Patricia, again :-)

That does sound extremely plausible, thank you.

Periphere DMS? DMS stands for Durchblutung, Motorik, Sensibilität. I think it was taken apart in your document: Bei vorbestehender rechtsseitiger Schwäche periphere Motorik und Sensibilität nicht eindeutig zu beurteilen. Periphere Durchblutung intakt.
What do you think?

Note from asker:
Thank you, this certainly seems to be correct. It makes perfect sense and fits the context well.
