Explanation:
precise positioning of x-rays, positioning/implantation of seeds

The Isoseeds® I-125 are used for interstitial seed implantation therapy of localized tumors, especially in the prostate. Treatment of tumors in a generally bad or ulcerated state is not recommended. Implantation of the Isoseeds® I-125 shall only be carried out by appropriately trained medical experts trained for brachytherapy.

Unfortunately I couldn't copy what I wanted. If you follow the link you'll make sure that we could call this process of inplanting the radioactive seeds that way.

Seed Chain with its very stable initial stiffness provides seed fixity once it is deposited in the prostate. The hour-glass shape of the spacers facilitate rapid degradation within the tissue.
The symmetrical and uniform distribution of the activity throughout the IsoSeed results in an exceptionally low anisotropy. This assures a more homogeneous dose distribution around each seed, a key feature to minimize cold spots in the targeted treatment area.
