English would also put the bound first and the unbound second - just because that's the most common way used to say this (forget about the German putting free first - If you say 'unbound (or free) and bound', it sounds stilted and foreign. (266,000 google hits for "bound and unbound" and 38,000 hits for 'unbound and bound')
