what is the exact logical relationship between the conflict potential and the 'Dinge'?

Context:
Die Modifikation der gruppentherapeutischen Situation durch die Einführung eines zweiten Kotherapeuten wirft einige Probleme auf, die das Verhalten der Gruppenleiter zueinander und gegenüber der Gruppe betreffen. Wenig Anlaß besteht zu der Hoffnung, daß sich diese Probleme durch Absprachen zwischen den Therapeuten oder durch irgendwelche technischen Manipulationen vermeiden ließen. Andererseits gibt es aber einige Dinge, denen durch eine klare Regelung das Konfliktpotential genommen werden kann: etwa in der Frage des Eröffnens und Beschließens von Sitzungen oder der Sitzordnung. Wie solche Regelungen konkret aussehen können, ließe sich aber wieder nur für ein konkretes Therapeutenpaar mit einer bestimmten Patientengruppe sagen, wenn man sich nicht dem Vorwurf der unzulässiger Generalisierung aussetzen will.
