land [area surrounding the building]

Seems to be the Swiss term for the (plot of) land surrounding the building.

substantial change/alteration/change of ownership

Seems this is referring to the registration of a change relating to the house - it is unclear to me whether the change concerns the buildings, or whether it is a change of ownership following the divorce (which, in context, seem likely). No doubt the rest of your text makes this clear, in which case "change of ownership" seems more appropriate.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Steffen Walter : No, this seems to refer to the (plot) of land surrounding the building (see below).

Outside facilities

"Hausumschwung" or "Gebäudeumschwung" is a term exclusively used in Switzerland. "Outside Facilities" is not a perfect solution, but I doubt that there is any. I found this:

"Gebäudeumschwung bezeichnet Flächen, die einem Gebäude
zugeordnet werden können und meist zum selben Grundstück
gehören (Nomenklatura des Schweizer Bundesamt für Statistik;
www.bfs.admin.ch/bfs/portal/de/index/infothek/nomenklatu-
ren/blank/blank/arealstatistik/06.html)"

Maybe it's best to paraphrase the term based on this.
Hope I could help!
