Perhaps the phrase need to be read as a whole in context. erhält: to be received by... the Court & the Land Registry Office upon meeting of the the conditions precedent to re-registration of title.... eine beglaubigte Abschrift der Auflassung: a certified copy of the conveyance / registered land transfer form /(UK unregd. land) Purchase Deed. I see no priority notice, but have no sight of the rest of the Land Reg.
