(DEU) Beglaubigte Abschrift im Auszug ohne die Auflassung excerpt of the certified copy (UK: office copy entries), minus land transfer form Explanation: would be useful to know the country though das Amtsgericht Z - Grundbuchamt - suggests Germany and neither AUT nor CH/ LIECHT that have no Amts- but Bezirksgerichte. Perhaps the phrase need to be read as a whole in context. erhält: to be received by... the Court & the Land Registry Office upon meeting of the the conditions precedent to re-registration of title.... eine beglaubigte Abschrift der Auflassung: a certified copy of the conveyance / registered land transfer form /(UK unregd. land) Purchase Deed. I see no priority notice, but have no sight of the rest of the Land Reg. 'offiice copy of the land search'. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 45 mins (2020-01-22 15:59:59 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- OK, Sebastian. I thought I had spelt out the scenario, namely that the original land search of the conveyance or land transfer isn't released and disclosed to the new buyer unless and until the title has been re-registered in the latter's name. So, until then, the info. remains privileged and confidential. There is something similar at the UK Land Registry, namely the previous owners of the land (proprietors) may be blanked out on an initial land search: Das Grundbuchamt erhält nach Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen für *die Eigentumsumschreibung* eine beglaubigte Abschrift der Auflassung.
