Sturz = linteau. (für Fenster und Türen)
Ernst meint auch "platebande de baie" zu Sturz. Habe ich aber als Architekt nie gehört...
Für den Bereich würde ich auch linteau sagen, oder "éclairage sous linteau", vielleicht auch "au niveau des linteaux"...
