Explanation:
Normalement il peut briller, s'illuminer, s'allumer en alternance. Un clignotement sous-entend une alternance sauf si c'est conjointement avec un autre dispositif.
J'ai néanmoins trouvé des exemples mais essentiellement dans des forums - mais aussi chez SINGER
