Αν το κείμενο περιγράφει και κάποια άλλη διαδικασία νωρίτερα, τότε με το "πιο" κάνουμε σύγκριση και εννοούμε "stronger", δηλαδή το ένα επηρεάζει το άλλο σε μεγαλύτερο βαθμό. Αν δεν περιγράφει άλλη διαδικασία, το "πιο" έχει την έννοια του "rather, relatively".
Εδώ θα το μετέφραζα ως "stronger cause-and-effect chain" ή αν θέλεις a process with a stronger cause-and-effect relationship.
