You could also say, “lump-sum remuneration and deposit”, see:

but, I think that “lump-sum fee and deposit” is more usual and sounds better

Dimitra, Although my immediate thought was "lump-sum payment and deposit", I had only considered this because I had not read your question carefully enough. When I noticed that the Greek said, "εφ'άπαξ αμοιβή", I immediately amended my answer to "lump-sum fee". 'Lump-sum payment" would be "εφ'άπαξ πληρωμή".
