According to the Σταμέλος-Χατζημανώλη Λεξικό Νομικών Ορών:

Ενοχικός = contractual, and σύμβαση = contract, agreement, understanding or fabula

An alternative way of saying this is ‘contractual sale (or sale’s) agreement’. See:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q="contractual sale agreemen...

Also, although ΄ενοχικό δίκαιο’ is usually translated as ‘the law of obligations’, ‘ενοχικός’ is usually translated as ‘contractual’ because the adjective ‘obligational’ is only really common in American English. Therefore, an alternative translation of your words could be ‘obligational sale (or sale’s) contract (or agreement), or ‘obligational agreement (or contract) of sale’ but I could find no example of it having been used anywhere on the Internet.

Explanation:

-> Thank you. Obligatory is not precisely the same as obligational. Obligational is better here.
