Yes. the job certainly could be for Europe. I always try to answer these posts using or mentioning US idioms and spellings if they're distinctive, in good conscience to help the asker avoid any appearance of parochialism if the translation might be headed in our direction. But it might not be.

Dear Mrrafe,
Aren't you overlooking the fact that English is not only spoken in the USA and that English is still acepted as being the common official language of the member states of the EEC?
I would like to remind you of the fact that the English language was not 'invented' in America and that we 'Brits' actually spoke it for a few centuries before your ancestors colonalised the American continent.
Since the asker's text is in Greek, it is probable that the text relates to a court case that took place in Greece, and it is at least equallly likely that the client for the translation is a citizen of or a resident of a European ciuntry.
Therefore, I respectfully doubt whether the client for the translation is likely to mind much if the expression "in good judgement" (especially when spellt with an 'e') is or is not particularly common on your side of the pond. :)

I'm sorry not to have come upon this until the answer already was chosen but, just by way of explanation, in 50 years of writing and reading US EN as a lawyer and judge I've never noticed the usage appearing in the answer and in the first cite (justia Pennsylvania). So it necessarily strikes me as strange yet there's no authority I could have cited other than knowing the phrase wouldn't appear in my own writing. One has to give some weight to my instincts as a native speaker.

Indeed, the phrase appears in the Pennsylvania cite only in quoting an extemporaneous and allegedly inept jury charge which elicited quite a bit of criticism on appeal - from a 1960 trial court, which antedates even me! Not a decisive precedent.

But I concede one can learn something new and unusual every day.

Unlike the ST and the Pennsylvania case, which concern deliberative sagacity, the other four cases involve someone that allegedly lacked good judgment in the sense that they exhibited poor judgment. Again falling back on my admittedly undocumented ideas of idiomatic EN, I might write that these people showed poor judgment or showed good judgment but not that they failed to think "in good judgment."
