in good conscienbe

Explanation:
Is there a typo in ST, should be κρίση not κρίσιν?

"In good judgment" is not a legal (or, actually, nonlegal) expression in US English. US law does have a concept of unconscionable (unconscionability) which I would describe as the opposite of in good conscience. Unconscionable in US is a legal standard which implies a reasonableness criterion usually without mentioning reasonableness as such.

Not to be confused with the sometime legal joke that the inebriated defendant exhibited unconscious-inability.
