מסגרת טיפולית חוץ-ביתית I like "residential" for חוץ-ביתית, except for ambulatory care, where I revert to "out-of-home"; for מסגרת I use "setting" or "institution" depending on the context; for טיפול I use "care" unless it is clearly a therapeutic or nursing situation.
