A good reason to use 'bodega', on the other hand,
is in case you will have 'קיוסק' in the text as well,
and then you can still use 'kiosk' there...

Kiosk or bodega פיצוציה הוא מונח מאוד מקומי גם ברמה הישראלית, בדרך כלל אין הרבה פיצוציות או בכלל מחוץ לתל אביב (בירושלים שבה אני גר גם כמעט ואין). אני חושב שקיוסק או בודגה באמת מתאימים פה יותר, ופחות מינימרקט, שהוא סוג אחר של מכולת/חנות, בין פיצוציה לבין סופרמרקט.

This is a market research document describing the businesses that exist at a certain location in a city. I think the city planning viewpoint is what matters here.

Context? Question is lacking context.
A lot depends on the use of the word in a sentence,
and on the register and type of text you are translating

(i.e - Is it for novel? A legal document? Marketing material?
Is it a quality document or a transcript of everyday speech?)
