Schedule

Explanation:
Charya is not a word in common use. I am making a guess:

1) Din-charya : Daily schedule, e.g. "What is your schedule for the day?"

2) To provide services, Work or duties performed for a superior. The occupation or duties of a servant

Routine

Explanation:
Sarah, though it's hard to guess without a context, the word could possibly mean 'routine' as in hindi 'din-charya'.
('Din' means a 'day')

Cha-r-ya in Sanskrit based Hindi could also mean Face.

Explanation:
Charya in Sanskrit also means face. The word 'che-h-ra' in Marathi is originated from the mis-pronounciation of Charya. Sometimes it also carries the same meaning as Kantee as in skin.

It is rarely used to describe fair skin (i.e. gora rang)or looks of a person. However, the use that I described is in Marathi not in Hindi... I am not sure if that helps you any.
