I would go for the scientific term allogamy/ allogamous assuming that what is meant in this short paragraph is that cross-pollination/ contamination between normal and GMO needs to be ruled out.
"Plant Ecology" by Michael J Crawley has the definitions to all types of plant breeding systems you may be looking for...

I suppose I am not too keen on the term "ivarilag kompatibilis" - which is why I would avoid a plain mirror translation.
cross-pollination (=allogamy) is the term usually used when people are referring to GMO plants "polluting" neighbouring fields as far as I know and only "compatible" plants would be capable of cross-pollination.
