Explanation:
"Alapvetően" should be "fundamentally" in this case, and although "befolyásolni" can mean "influence" or "impact", I think "affect" sounds most natural in this context, and "affect" is in fact one of the translations the Országh nagyszótár gives for "befolyásolni" (i.e. eredményre hat)
