Italiano term
stato passivo esecutivo
Da Italiano a Inglese
Affari/Finanza
Contabilità/Amministrazione
insolvency
In the passivo patrimoniale side of the balance sheet of a business in extraordinary administration. Comprises debts owed to staff, trade debts and borrowings plus others. I know that there's a stage at which the 'giudice rende esecutivo lo stato passivo' which makes me think it's 'debts to be paid' or similar. The terms can be found readily in Italian but I can't find a clear explanation of what it means.

Discussion
So once it is "esecutivo" then those liabilities are considered rightful and therefore enforceable.
