Italian term

cella campanaria

Italian to English Art/Literary Architecture
Does anyone know whether there is a word or expression in English to designate the space in a bell tower where the bells are located? The Italian "cella campanaria"? I do not want to use bell tower or belfry, if I can help it.

Thanks to all

So, different choices for you Marco, after checking out details to make sure you pick the best one.

Example sentence:

Inside the ringing chamber another straight wooden 15 rung ladder leads up to a trap door in the ceiling. This is the access to the next level in the tower, the bell chamber or belfry. The bell chamber floor is approximately 17 feet
